Official Rules – Arrowhead Rifles Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, excluding Florida, New York, Washington D.C., and where prohibited by law, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and legally eligible to complete a firearm transfer in his state of residence. Employees of Arrowhead Rifles, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period

The giveaway begins on July 28, 2025 and ends on September 2, 2025. Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible.

A. Purchase Entry

You will receive one (1) entry for every $100 spent on eligible purchases at Arrowhead Rifles during the promotion period.

• Purchases that include Defiance actions or optics will receive double entries.

• Shipping, tax, and non-qualifying items are excluded.

• Entries are automatically calculated at checkout.

Payments made on invoices generated prior to the giveaway opening (July 28, 2025) are eligible, as long as payment is received during the promotion period (July 28 – September 2, 2025).

B. Free Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 3″ x 5″ card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Each mail-in entry is worth one (1) standard entry. Mail-in entries do not receive double entries.
Entries must be postmarked by September 2, 2025 and received by September 5, 2025.
There is no limit to the number of entries, but each mail-in entry must be sent in a separate envelope.

5. Number of Entries

There is no limit to the number of entries a person may receive, regardless of entry method.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive the following prize package:

• Arrowhead Rifles 7 PRC rifle

• Marsupial Gear Gun Case

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $6,500

The winner must be legally eligible to complete all federal and state background checks and transfer paperwork in his state of residence.
The firearm must be transferred through a licensed FFL. If the winner cannot legally take possession of the firearm or fails to complete transfer requirements, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize is non-transferable. No cash or other substitution is allowed except at the sole discretion of the sponsor.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about September 5, 2025.
The winner will be contacted via email or phone within 5 days. If the winner does not respond or is deemed ineligible within that period, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these official rules.
Arrowhead Rifles reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway at any time.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Arrowhead Rifles and its affiliates from any liability related to the giveaway or the prize.

9. Privacy

Any information collected will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
