Returns are accepted within thirty (30) days of purchase for unused merchandise. Before returning an item, email sa***@*************es.com for return authorization and instructions. Include your order number and the reason for your return.

Eligible returns may be assessed a restocking fee of 15% of the returned merchandise’s purchase price, at our discretion. Any applicable fee will be disclosed when we authorize your return and deducted from your refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return results from a defective item or an error on our part. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email sa***@*************es.com so we can arrange an appropriate resolution.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within five (5) business days of approval. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the credit.
